On average, residential builds start from $2,500 per square metre and can go higher for high-end finishes. Commercial new builds or upgrades are priced based on project scope and complexity. At Masada Construction, we provide a full quote after reviewing your plans and site. Our goal is to deliver clear pricing with no
hidden costs.

A full home renovation, from initial planning through final walk‑through, typically spans 6 to 12 months, with many projects extending to 9–12+ months if there are structural changes, permit delays, or custom material orders. The early phases—planning, design, budgeting, contractor selection, materials ordering, and permitting—can take 2–4 months before physical work even begins.  Once construction starts, expect 3 to 9 months of on-site work including demolition, rough‑ins, drywall, finishes, and final cleanup, with built‑in buffers for delays or unforeseen issues 

Yes, we are fully certified and licensed builders, complying with all industry regulations and standards. Our team holds relevant qualifications and certifications to ensure quality workmanship. We also stand behind our work with a comprehensive guarantee—details vary depending on the scope of the project, but typically include both workmanship and structural warranties for your peace of mind.
